Eleebana Mutli-storey Designer Home

Nested on the shores of Lake Macquarie is one of the more interesting design and builds we’ve been involved with. From the start, 5QS completed the geotechnical investigation to enable the design of the large deep pier required for the construction and longevity of a multi-storey home, within meters of the lake. 

Throughout the process, 5QS was there to design, guide and inspect the project, right through to the completion of the construction of a new beautiful Lake Macquarie home.
